1 vaso de 8 oz. de leche de almendra
La masa de 2 aguacate pequeños maduro
2 manzanas
2 cucharadas de miel

Ingredientes
1/2 libra (227 gramos) de soya (soja) blanca
3 litros de agua fría
Canela al gusto
Preparación
Remojar la soya (soja) toda una noche
Mezcle todos los ingredientes en una licuadora (batidora)

4-5 tazas de agua fría
1 cucharadita de vainilla
Miel o azúcar morena al gusto
Preparación
Mezcle los ingredientes en una licuadora (batidora).
Batir por uno 5 minutos hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea.
